Senior Cabin Crew Member (SCCM) Training

This course prepares cabin crew members for the Senior Cabin Crew Member (SCCM) role on multi-attendant aircraft. It focuses on team leadership, responsibility, communication, and safety management during normal and emergency operations, including First Aid, Firefighting, Emergency Equipment, and Ditching. The course provides SCCMs with the leadership competencies to supervise a team and ensure compliance with operator SOPs and regulatory safety standards

  • Cabin crew transitioning to a Senior Cabin Crew Member (SCCM) role.
  • Airline personnel responsible for leading cabin operations.
Eligibility Requirements / Prerequisites
  • Completion of Cabin Crew Initial and Conversion Training.
  • At least one year of operational cabin crew experience (recommended).
  • Nominated by the airline (for corporate sessions).
