Jordan Airline Training & Simulation (JATS) is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities across JATS facilities, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and reliability of infrastructure and support systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations across all facility areas.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Manage maintenance staff and contractors to ensure quality and timely execution of work.
- Monitor facility systems performance and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to support ongoing projects and operational requirements.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and inventory control for tools and spare parts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities or maintenance supervision, preferably in a technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and building systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
