Social Media and Photography Specialist

The Social Media & Photography Specialist will be responsible for managing and enhancing the digital presence of Jordan Airline Training and Simulation (JATS).

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with JATS’s marketing objectives.

• Create and manage daily posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including paid advertisements.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize results.

• Respond promptly to online inquiries and engage with followers to build brand loyalty.

2. Photography & Videography

• Capture professional photographs and videos that highlight JATS’s simulators, training facilities, staff, and events.

• Produce visual content for marketing materials, website updates, and digital campaigns.

• Maintain an organized visual library for easy access and future use.

• Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing Manager to plan visual storytelling strategies.

3. Graphic Design & Content Creation

• Design promotional graphics, banners, and infographics for online and offline use.

• Utilize Canva Pro to produce creative and brand-consistent materials.

• Assist in developing multimedia content such as reels, short videos, and animations.

4. Regional Campaign Support

• Support regional marketing campaigns targeting key markets including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Syria, Egypt, and others.

• Adapt social media strategies and visuals to suit regional audiences.

• Coordinate with regional partners and aviation academies for campaign collaborations.

5. Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing Manager to align content with JATS’s corporate objectives.

• Provide monthly social media and campaign performance reports.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to marketing and branding strategies.

Deliverables / Expected Outputs:

• Monthly social media content calendar and performance report.

• Minimum of 15–20 professional posts (photos/videos) per month.

• Creative visuals for regional campaigns and events.

• Comprehensive photo and video library of JATS’s activities.

• Annual visual and engagement growth of 25–30% across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in social media management, photography, and content creation.

• Proficiency in Canva Pro, photography equipment, and basic photo and video editing.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with SEO and paid advertising platforms.

• Experience managing social media campaigns.
